I haven't posted much as of late. Is it two posts in the past two weeks? Sheesh. . .that's not a very good start in my attempt to capture and record some of our daily happenings during this season. Life has been so full that I sometimes have to choose between good things - and my blog is often the good thing left by the wayside.
Over the past few weeks I have been busy with a teething babe, a hard working husband, keeping my home, and my family and friends.
Henry has his first tooth. Bottom left. I am sure he is now working on the bottom right tooth as my well sleeping baby is no longer sleeping so well.
With the fall comes a busy season for my husband. His work correlates with the public school schedule so the office has been buzzing since labour day. He is also still in school himself, working towards his accounting designation, and that started up again in September. He works all day, then arrives home and has supper with us, and then studies until late into the night. Henry and and I miss him but appreciate all the hard work and many hours that he is putting in for us.
This past Sunday Cory, Henry and I spent some time meandering through one of our most favourite spots: Ottawa's Arboretum. The photos in this post are from our walk that afternoon.
We had a very beautiful and refreshing day.

Aw Nessa, I love the pics - Henry is adorable, and I love the picture of you holding him. ..You know, I've never been to the arboretum.hmm..
Anyway love you and miss you all!

Henry is so precious! It's hard to imagine caring so much for people that you met online, but I started following your mom's blog right about the time you were pregnant with Henry, and I adore you guys! Take care, good luck with teething!! My baby is due on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27th!)
what beautiful pictures. I cannot believe his getting teeth already. I am sending out to your mom and your family a special invite to our home when we get back I hope that you guys can come.
Love Irene
Nessa,
Enjoyed seeing these wonderful pictures. One of our most successful teething remedies was Hylands teething tablets, which are homeopathic. I wonder if you can find them where you are?
Have been meaning to thank you for your kind comment a couple weeks ago on my natural living post. I'm just now getting around to responding . ..
Henry is darling! Thanks for entering the contest.
I love this post and I don't know if I've already said this before but your son is so, so handsome! I've told my husband before that he looks like the Gerber baby!:)
