A Sunday afternoon walk, a few weeks ago.

Through the trails and by the river.
It was pretty cold, despite the beautiful sunshine.

We saw many interesting things. Henry and Daddy and Sam (in the stroller) ran down a hill. Henry and Mommy jumped from rock to rock. We saw a beaver crossing the river. Watched the flies buzz by the shore. And watched all the many birds in the park by the river and along the trail. Geese, seagulls, doves, blackbirds, even a blue jay!

It wasn't until we got home that we noticed. Oops! Better watch out for those birdies above!
